All the packs were on the lighter side that 22.8G on my scale. Condition for packaging was great. Value was not. Don't see how these were "heavy" packs at all. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee what comes in the packs, only the weight. Most buyers have reported Ex's, Pokeball/Masterball's, Full Arts, and SIR's. It's a gamble at the end of the day. Sorry to hear your experience wasn't the best, but I'm glad you liked the packaging. Hope you enjoy your promo as well! Best.
