It turned out it was the 3 techs I had to deal with at a Verizon store. Apparently the first 2 didn't know exactly what to do. The seller possessed great communication on assisting us on getting the phone to work correctly. A++ Service Honest and timely delivery. Phone actually looked better than expected. Would do business with again.

My package only came with the watch face, one white band, and the cord wall charger. I sent the seller a message immediately after receiving asking where the rest of my items were. I have now had the watch two days and have not set it up because I do not have a firm answer if I am getting the cube, travel charger, screen protector, or the other 5 bands.
