This is an interesting read and also false! I sent the bracelet out twice and for some reason it didn't arrive. A refund of £5 has now been issued. We believe our service was great however we do apologise for not answering the multitude of messages we continued to receive sometimes late into the night. I believe you now have 2 bracelets and we will be contacting Ebay regarding this.

We said several times that this would be hard for us as we were closing the shop for Christmas and had family commitments.
