However the whole process was over shadowed by not posting when marked as dispatched and the courier then not delivering when advised, which made it a very frustrating experience. I was offered a partial refund for the delay which I turned down as I felt the product was worth what I paid for it and am not in this to scam the seller outof money. Would deal with seller again but would need guarantees about postage first.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
