They helped to try to track the order and had no luck, our purchase was lost in transit, and the Seller did not hesitate to offer us a refund. I decided to wait a few extra days just in case our order showed up. When it still did not arrive I contacted the Seller and said I would like to request the refund and they issued the refund within an hour of my request. Great service!!!!
