It broke real easy because of the thinness when I had a jacket and key lanyard on, it sort of pulled it. It looks amazing though and is stamped 14k. I would just recommend this for girls wearing dresses or guys with muscle shirts on. Nice chain though. Mad I broke it so quick

My pendant did go on but i did have to give it a little more of a push to get it on, but if my necklace did come unclasped it would make it harder for the pendant to fall off, so it’s actually a plus for me.

I requested to contact them just ignored me and didn't reach out other then to say it was a error on their end.i have to re order and wait another 2 weeks and hope the same mistake is not made. Common sense is to send the correct item or if you need to make your custom reorder expedite the process for the mistake that was made on behalf of your team.
