For me this looked more masculine than I expected and I do like to put pendants on these chains. The bail on my pendants is not big enough to slip on to a chain this size. The price is unbeaten. I know because I priced an 18" 2mm rose gold chain at Kay Jeweler's for $1239.00 out the door with tax.

The chain is light weight but that’s to be expected with this karat. But the cool thing about 10k rose gold is it has a more pink color which gives the chain a uniqueness. Even with the verification which adds extra time for shipping, the chain still delivered quickly. 10/10 for me.

I requested to contact them just ignored me and didn't reach out other then to say it was a error on their end.i have to re order and wait another 2 weeks and hope the same mistake is not made. Common sense is to send the correct item or if you need to make your custom reorder expedite the process for the mistake that was made on behalf of your team.
