Considering how much they cost, they were packed very inadequately (just thrown in a box without newspaper of anything wrapped around them) which caused this one to break during transport. Also received a nice message apologizing that the two figures hadn't been sent together. I allowed a time lapse between orders and the seller's prompt dispatch of the first meant the second couldn't be bundled with it.
