Out of 13 discs, 5 had unreadable, unrecoverable files so I had to obtain those episodes by other inconvenient methods. Not ideal. In my experience, you get better quality by buying used disk sets of complete single seasons, since those were created for individual retail markets closer to the time the series was on the air.

I requested a return and was quickly issued a return label and given an assurance the refund would be issued promptly, which it was. I greatly appreciate the good communication from the seller!
