Wrong product sent: TENOR or BARI sax ligature, not SOPRANO. Really nice ligature, but far too large for any of my 17 mouthpieces (including alto & tenor). After back-and-forth messages including insulting ones asking me to read the instruction manual (believe it or not), then an offer of $5 refund, I accepted an $11 refund to stop the message insanity. So, a totally worthless product (to me) cost me $6 from incompetence.
