Total cost to fix whats broken is $105 for a new toner and paper tray and all they want to refund to cover it was $25 bucks. They use the lowest possible shipping which led them to using FedEx whom i witnessed throw the package from the back to the front of the truck. Very disappointed with this transaction. I shouldn't have to pay additional just to fix the item. I should take a sledge hammer to it and send it back for a full refund. They are lucky I needed this l!
