I had to call them and wait for an hour on hold until they answered, told them leave it at the door and the man said okay. Contents of shipment arrived in perfect condition, seller was efficient and effective with materials to insure security without excess weight and space. Seller was a perfect communicator, making sure that I, as a buyer within the US, knew that I was going to be facing tariffs should I go ahead with transaction.
