They arrived brand new in the plastic and had a small dent in the packaging which the seller provided that information in the ad. The balls looked great no damage at all to the actual product. They were brand new and the best quality pool balls I’ve ever used. The black looks so much better in person. I will without question buy from this seller again. Fast shipping excellent product!
