It was my fault because I did not configure my ebay account correctly (my previous residents address was still in the system), and within an hour I canceled the order and explained what had occurred. Cream City Music immediately refunded my purchase. I will definitely reorder and do future business with this company because they are honest!

I've waited 2 days for a response to my inquiry about this without any reply. The strap arrived well packaged and in good shape, but I was charged $4 more (19.00 -cost of the strap I ordered) that the sticker price is on the strap I received (14.99). I don't mind being overcharged a little now and then, but if that is going to occur I would like to receive the item I ordered.
