My disappointments with this seller were two: 1) Accuracy: The seller picked out 3 racquets for me and told me that specs had been measured and matched across all 3. Again all ? asked after purchase made and we were held to the 24 hour rule to ship once purchased. 3) our shipping rates and our discount offered are computed to save both the seller and us which the buyer clearly saved on his order.

When I received the racket, it was brown with a black case. The color was not listed in the online description and the seller claimed that my MacBook lens made it appear blue. He reprimanded me saying I should do more research before I buy something. Columbian Tennis Shop would not refund my purchase even though I offered to pay the shipping charges and fees. He sent us a picture of racket he received which both Ebay & Us saw as the same as our Ebay listing. Buyer didn't offer to pay for shipping fees & for fees, we are out on doing return. I believe this feedback is in violation of ebay policy & wrongful use to force an issue in his favor. If he had offered to pay shipping both ways & the fees incurred, which means he gets around 65% of his money. We would accept
