Couldn’t get the first two disc to play on my DVD player while I had no problems playing other commercial DVDs. Contacted the seller and had the most pleasant experience in getting a refund. They were in contact with me throughout the process. They sent me a prepaid label to return the set and issued a full refund. This is a seller I would buy from again.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer did a terrible job remastering/producing the dvds and the picture and sound quality were terrible. I requested a return and was quickly issued a return label and given an assurance the refund would be issued promptly, which it was. I greatly appreciate the good communication from the seller! Would do business with again!

Unfortunately, some of the discs in the set had problems playing. The seller was helpful with great communication and sent out a return label for me to get the DVD set back for exchange. The only bad news was that they had no more of that item in stock at that point. The seller issued a refund to me instead.
