After contacting the seller by phone, the representative was unhelpful and rude, directing me to email them instead. I followed up as instructed, and their response was vague, stating they would "look into it." Since then, I have contacted them three times and have received no follow-up or resolution. The item was packed very well and put on a pallet. Freight was expensive but it arrived on a freight truck with no damage and it would have probably cost me more in fuel to drive down to SoCal myself to pick it up.
