They sent a 10.4" with 8GB which, according to Getac customer service, cannot be increased further. They offered a replacement from a list which included the 12.1" I had ordered which they maintained they did not have, yet they are still listing as 12.1" 16GB laptop. Dishonest and misleading listing palming off obsolete tech and lying to make the sale. That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. It's great value and was really securely packaged. Thanks!

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.
