Comes with usb plug and cable, no short ethernet cable though, so would need one if used as a main router. Did a hard reset first, by holding button underneath for 15 seconds. Connected in minutes to my main eero. What i did notice, was it takes a few days for devices to gradually connect, some did instantly, otheres about 3 days later. Even the closes devices still connect to the furthest eero. But overall, working and looks like new item. Perfect value.

However, the wrong plug had been supplied but a quick ebay message was responded to within minutes and a replacement plug posted the same day - what great customer service !!!! The plug arrived and the Eero is now installed and working perfectly. Can't recommend this seller enough, a great value product and quick no quible resolution when something went wrong.
