I wrote a rude message complaining about that and the seller was great -- apologized, didn't scold me for being a stupid rude person, explained what had happened, and gave me a full refund including shipping without even asking that I return the bad merchandise. So what I am saying is that Brand Junkin New is a 100% trustworthy vendor and how often do we say that about anyone? 5 stars
