Rockford Fosgate R14X2 speakers have a lip on the face which either requires significant adjustment of the aperture size of the adapter for the speaker to fit flush to the adapter, or packing out with washers under the screw fixing holes - I went with washers and it works fine. Delivered in a few days and very easy to fit to original speaker grill. Thank you.

I did not want to butcher my beautiful car with some cheap hack job just to make it fit and this part made the install great. The only problem with this was Ebay's shipping. There was a delay initially because the seller was out of town and I understand that fully, but once the product was out of his hands and on its way it took 19 days to arrive. Not acceptable in this modern age shipping. We have planes now guys.

I used very low profile focal speakers but the adaptors additional thickness causes the bottom of the speakers to touch other parts inside the dash. I could get the whole speaker to fit but there is a little gap around the edge of the speaker once it was fitted in the dash due to it hitting on something inside the dash.Respuesta de super_paulie- Votos a los que ha respondido el vendedor super_paulie.- Votos a los que ha respondido el vendedor super_paulie.hello! that shouldn't be the case at all, they should go flat to the dashboard like normal. Please make sure the speakers you use are within the sizing criteria listed on the sales page, and that they are in the correct location, L for Left and R for right as it does matter.
