I contacted the seller who said they'd shipped it right away. Seller asked me to file a claim with ebay so I did. A little while later traking showed item had just shown up at post office. I cannot refute that so I will not. The product is as described and it finally arrived after another week. For that reason I am leaving positive feedback but likely will not buy from seller again.

I've tried other brands and they are cheap & get destroyed so easily, which it why I'm so grateful to this seller for having the original brand for the Bergan cat scratcher toy. Seller is highly trusted. My items were as described, packaged well & delivered fast. Very pleased & would highly recommend.
