It has continued to give some issues so I left it on my desk and did not transport. Well today the 3 blink light started while working on my graduate level classes and I seem to have lost all my information. I am sorry I cannot recommend buying refurbished. Exactly what I needed since I'm always on Zoom meetings and constantly multitasking so I needed a laptop that had enough power. Shipping was super fast, received in 2 days and it was ready to use right out of the box with no issues and its in Great condition! The seller has been very responsive and answered any questions. The laptop was as described, in great condition, and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the short battery life. They were quick to respond to my message, had me check a couple of things, and sent a replacement battery right away. WOW, I was impressed. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
