The system was fully reset and good to go with 80% battery. Major but not deep scratches on the backplate but with a DIY shell swap and a screen protector it looks like brand new. Minor deep scratches near the charging port but port works fine with no dust inside. Touch screen and internet all functional. Also very happy with the fast shipping and great communication. 100% would buy again.
