Then it was nestled in packing paper. No damage was going to happen to my punch!! The seller was great to deal with. The item came just as described: it did not have any scratches, and it cut the paper cleanly and sharply, just as if it was brand new!

It appears to work as intended since I have tested a few settings on the device. I am very pleased with my purchase from the Seller. So glad to find this item because it was impossible to source locally.
