I purchased a factory-sealed 2-disc CD set, unfortunately with 1 being defective. They immediately sent me a complete replacement, along with an additional compilation CD of the same genre. Five stars across the board, I wish all sellers provided this level of customer service!

Customer service was very prompt, efficient and professional in communicating to me that the exact T-Shirt I ordered was out of stock, offered alternatives, and I was still very pleased with the T-Shirt I received.
