Communication was phenomenal on the part of eBay merchant. Item was returned to them (through no fault of their own). Return was seamless and I was refunded very quickly. I just received the filters today, so I have not use it yet, but the filter looks great and are sturdy and appear to be of great quality and is a great value for the price. I sent a message to Commercial Kitchen Direct with a picture and a refund was sent back to me immediately! I ordered another one because I still needed it and they sent it double boxed with extra padding. It arrived without damage! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
