Somewhere the process, the shipping company (not the seller) sent it to a different state. I worked with the seller and he was TOTALLY on it! He got it shipped back to him and reshipped to the correct address immediately - on a Saturday!. All communications were exceptional. It is extremely rare to see this level of AMAZING customer service these day! I give the highest possible rating based on my exceptional experience! Thank you so, so much!!
