We have lots of data that my wife and I use for various interests and loads of photographs and music files and our old computer was just not able to cope with. It was a good price, arrived safely and was very well packaged. I had a couple of issues trying to get going but BirminghamAV responded to all of my questions and was very helpful. All up and running now.

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

Really good comms and customer service - a pre sales question was answered within 5 minutes and delivery within 2 days. Only slight issue I have is a rather noisy CPU cooling fan, but at this price point, I can put up with it or can afford to replace it (I've chosen the latter). Overall, I'm very pleased with both the PC and seller.
