The seller reached out as soon as I ordered to tell me when my shipment would be sent. It was mailed promptly and arrived quickly. They included a kind note and lovely tea.

However the shipping was awful, it’s not the sellers fault but the company that did the shipping, UniUni was awful to talk with when they didn’t knock and marked the package as missed delivery. I had to call them and wait for an hour on hold until they answered, told them leave it at the door and the man said okay. Next day failed to deliver, called again.. day 3 finally

I believe I paid a fair price for my CD from Japan by how the seller packaged it and how they informed me about my CD. They thanked me for the purchase, told me when they shipped it, and I had a link to check the process of my package. The seller mailed my CD in excellent quality. My appeared in brand new condition.
