It had bubble wrap around them but it should have been put in between each cup and they wouldn’t have got damaged. The metal ring has roughed up the handles too. I have replaced with a leather thong so they don’t get more damage. I thank you for your service but please wrap them properly next time, then you will be happy and your customers will be happy.

Thank you to the seller who tried to assist with collection. Seller is 10/10 buyers avoid click and collect from Argos. I have ordered another 96 of these plates del to my home.

Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else.
