When I received it it didn't connect to my cars but the reason for that was their was a small peace of plastic in the connector that didn't let the Bluetooth scanner seat completely in the car connectors. When I found that I just removed it and plugged it in and it worked great. Very happy with my purchase.

I've tried 3 other OBD2 Bluetooth dongles, one cost well over $100, and this NEXAS does everything that the others do, plus you're not stuck using any one app to read the data (I'm currently using the Torque app, but will upgrade to AlfaOBD soon, which will work with this dongle). :0)
