We were actually looking for a larger rice maker so I caulk this up to the downside of shopping online. The items came and were exactly as described. They arrived in good time. When I wanted to send the items back the seller made it work to both of our benefits. Good seller. I would buy from them again.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke. Great experience with this seller.

I contacted seller to let them know. At first he said the spray was not included. I told him that the picture of the item he was selling showed the spray. He made my purchase right by refunding me 50% of what I paid. I was very happy that everything worked out ok.
