- c***- (105)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaAdvertised as new but item I received was used, damaged, dirty and rusty. Seller did "apologise for the said issue". They sent a returns label but only after I said they had to pay postage as item was not as described (ebay rules). Quick but fairly useless communication from the seller, usually at 2am. Seller had the returned item for 5+ days with no sign of refund or replacement, just excuses. Called ebay and refund issued within minutes. Will avoid this seller in the future.

I contacted the seller asking them to send me the switch I ordered and received a response saying “sorry, we will look into it”. Then nothing happened. I sent a follow up message, but did not get a response. I had to lodge a report with Ebay to get a refund. Very poor customer service and even worse communication.
