That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. The laptop arrived superbly packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, inside a sturdy cardboard box. BirminghamAV is my go-to supplier for laptops and PCs. Highly recommended.
