The box has the majority of printing in Japanese and the device with go through about 90% of the setup before failing. I factory reset the divice 3 times and still no good. I expect that the seller mistakenly sent an unintended device and will make it right.

They were well packaged and arrived in stated condition, however one of them did not have the total year left. After contacting the seller they told me to send it back and they would replace it with one that did. As promised I received the replacement and it was as stated in the ad.
