As far as sizing is concerned it is accurate but I would measure your chest size with what you are going to wear the jacket over otherwise it may come up a bit tight, that is, I'm a 43" chest so ordered a size XL. When it arrived, and I tried it on, it came up tight. So I measured my chest again wearing a t-shirt and shirt and it showed 46". I was subsequently able to return the jacket and exchange it for a 2XL which, upon arrival, fitted perfectly. HTH. Highly Recommend.
