Other than the niggles, it is a good reasonably priced computer that works well and has Windows 11 installed, in my case.

Anyway passed over to my wizkid son-in-law to add a firewire card and a new 4tb hard drive. Well what can I say, well it's very fast with plenty of storage and boots up before the kettle even thinks about boiling. I had to get a new hdmi cable as it has a different type hdmi connector on the pc. Great little PC

It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect. The card was as described, looked perfect and is in full working order. Item arrived well packaged well within the stated timescale. Item recieved as specified, plus item had Windows 11 Pro installed out of the box, so I didn't have to install it myself. All I have done so far is download the relevant driver for my K4000 graphics card, which is the only thing I transplanted from my Dell T5500 into my new Z2 G4. In all, very happy with it. VG communication with seller. Recommended.
