I am not very happy with the speed of the laptop but for what I paid, it's okay. I am currently using a laptop that has the same processor and RAM and it is much much faster. One problem it has is the battery won't charge beyond 61 %. I updated the BIOS but that didn't correct the problem. Will try recalibrating the battery next.

After replacing the charger, it will now charge completely!

Was shipped with great care and was exactly as described the only complaint I have is that there was some sticky residue around the outside of the keyboard ann the flat black part. Im assuming from a sticker I was able to remove it with some alcohol. ooverall satisfied with the product.

The laptop was as described, in great condition, and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the short battery life. They were quick to respond to my message, had me check a couple of things, and sent a replacement battery right away. WOW, I was impressed. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
