I am not very happy with the speed of the laptop but for what I paid, it's okay. I am currently using a laptop that has the same processor and RAM and it is much much faster. One problem it has is the battery won't charge beyond 61 %. I updated the BIOS but that didn't correct the problem. Will try recalibrating the battery next.

After replacing the charger, it will now charge completely!

Was shipped with great care and was exactly as described the only complaint I have is that there was some sticky residue around the outside of the keyboard ann the flat black part. Im assuming from a sticker I was able to remove it with some alcohol. ooverall satisfied with the product.

Exactly what I needed since I'm always on Zoom meetings and constantly multitasking so I needed a laptop that had enough power. Shipping was super fast, received in 2 days and it was ready to use right out of the box with no issues and its in Great condition! The seller has been very responsive and answered any questions.
