There was no cushioning in the OEM package so it could have broken a long time ago and the seller didn't realize it. The OEM packaging was packed into another box with cushioning but it would be pointless since it was likely damaged before that. The seller took their time in responding to my return request and eventually issued a refund. Incredibly, I RECEIVED THIS SAME EXACT BROKEN PART FROM ANOTHER EBAY SELLER! This seller put it back on the market for resale!!

My order arrived, with the box having been opened then resealed. Inside, only 1 handle was in the box. The packing was obviously changed from having 3 handles in it originally. The seller kept sending standardized responses for a week. I had to initiate a complaint with eBay to get them to authorize a return. A kit for $200+ dollars should have 3 handles. What a profit margin!
