Once I had fished out an M3.5 (I think) screw and secured the graphics card it all worked just fine. It's a really nice machine and now runs my old games like silk in hi-res... thanks

When purchasing I opted for windows 11 as windows 10 is EOL October this year. I set up and installed the available updates which was fine until Windows 11 v24H2 where I found this pc isn’t compliant. I contacted seller Who said the processor (and this motherboard) would require an upgrade and would I be interested. Now the computer isn’t the bargain I thought it was.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. It's great value and was really securely packaged. Thanks!

The laptop arrived superbly packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, inside a sturdy cardboard box. BirminghamAV is my go-to supplier for laptops and PCs. Highly recommended.
