Can't watch anything of YouTube cause the speaker had a lot of static. The comestic condition is a 5 out of 10. There were screen burns. One of the phone was network locked to AT&T and I never selected that option. Nothing but lies about this product. The phones we sent, almost two months ago, were personally inspected by our owner and were most definitely A GRADE, 9/10 to 10/10 condition, with no screen burn (A12 models don't have OLED's anyway). 5/10 condition is simple not a reasonable rating. These handsets also passed PhoneCheck testing 100%. We'll be happy to help you with a return but please message us before posting bad feedback.

I had to return the item because I could not make it work with my system which was no fault of the seller. A return was authorized immediately and courteously. I would do business with this seller again if needed.
