Its greyish silver. The seller lied to me. I would appreciate if he told me about the scratches in advance. It's very disappointing. I am a perfectionist and pay close attention to detail! I cannot buy from him again. At least if he included a scratch remover I would appreciate. This laptop clearly was being used and that should have been made clear

It came in a case and had a keyboard cover on it as well, which was a nice touch showing that the seller goes above and beyond in customer service. Shipping was Fedex ground and I caused them to delay shipping to get my room number, although I had caused the delay they didn't want to take the risk and sent it with 2. day air with no extra shipping cost with the nicest message when I asked to pay the extra shipping.
