The case is in fairly good condition with very few, minor signs of wear. The only slight negative is I was unable to specify the screen size and the one I received was slightly smaller (13 inch) than I would have ideally liked. But all in all I would highly recommend this seller, offering great value and quick dispatch. Thank you

It only took me a couple of minutes to be up and running! The quality is great and given what I paid for it, I'd say it's excellent value for money. Thank you. I would certainly recommend the sellers.

The laptop itself is fine. There are some places that show damage ( but no issue as it refurb). The bottom cover wasn't on properly, clips had been missed on one side, again no issue because I was able to sort it out. Overall very happy with it. ATM I will update this if anything crops up, but for what I paid, I recommend them highly

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging.
