Contacted the seller and was told it was unlikely as it was 'in a plastic bag', but other items packed with it loosely had caused the scratches. Seller agreed on return which I had to pay for. Then was called to say they could not get the spinner top off and had damaged it, but implied I had jammed it on! When I requested an update after a week I was told to be 'patient'. The "scratches" the buyer refers to are not scratches at all and merely a couple small very faint marks on the spinner top that are barely visible unless held up to the light. Nothing to do with packaging and were well within the tolerances of manufacturing. The buyer used this as an excuse to return it after jamming the spinner top on to the spinner shaft, in a way that it was unable to be removed. I arranged for a replacement to be sent. Impatient.

Seller called me straight after ordering to say he had run out of 2 year licences and asked if I was ok to receive 2 x 1 year licences for the same price, which can be piggybacked. I agreed as I have done this before. Received in post today and entered the two codes to extend my current package by 2 years with no issues. Highly recommended seller.

However the last ones I got the product code was exposed unlike the first two I got. The seller phoned me to explain the situation and later through eBay I warned him about using trade marks of companies on products that the company did not make unless they get written permission to use it from the original company which in this case is Symantec. The buyer does not need to concern themselves with our business practices. We have been trading for many years and only sell legitimate products, so you can purchase with confidence

Saved seller and will buy again and/or other products. Highly recommended. Seller is A+++++++++++ Tip: I suggest waiting if you have a current subscription with Malwarebytes until the last day of your current subscription before applying the new licence key - because it doesn't look like 'Malwarebytes' add the days not used on the old subscription. This is nothing to do with this seller who is great.
