However there was no communication to tell me the replacement had been sent. No tracking number and to top it nothing put through my door by the courier to indicate it was in my rear garden. So this generated confusion. I have bought a lot off this company and will definitely still use them there service is excellent

The new model arrived the following day, well packed inside a stout box. The wood-carved aircraft is superbly finished and simple to construct. I will be checking the seller's site again soon.
