They QUICKLY sent out a new one! Communication was great and fast! Can't ask for anything better! Not their fault their supplier sent them a bad part! My packaging was not damaged or abused so I'm sure it was a supplier issue. Would buy again if they hold up. Wish we could give reviews 1 year later to let you know if it lasts!

Can’t say enough about the seller 🤩 They responded back within a few minutes troubleshooting the issue. They immediately sent a replacement covering all shipping costs and keeping me informed on everything. Even over the weekend. The 2nd one worked as advertised. This seller went up and beyond making things right that wasn't even their fault. I will definitely use this seller again and I would highly recommend this seller to anyone 👍👍👍👍
