But these are refurbished monitors not new. They work perfectly and have a decent resolution. NO SCRATCHES OR MARKS although a little grubby and needed cleaning.I was a little concerned when the box arrived because it was torn & part opened. It was also looking a bit crushed. But it was just the way the contents were sitting and the box tapped that left a gap. Nothing was damaged and I am quite happy.

It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect.
