Customer service was very responsive in making this order right. Cap is initially tight fitting, but loosens up after the initial break in period. Visor adjustments take time to form a descent curve. Hat technology from manufacturer Yupoong seems to have improved FlexFit (Bangladesh) over the older KC Caps Nu-Fit (Cambodia) design. Would buy from again. A++++++ Thank you very much!
